We have been selling authentic brand name fashion and fine jewelry brands for years. Our jewelry comes from authorized retailers of the product line, usually after they have decided to discontinue carrying the line or are closing their business. Because we only purchase from authorized retailer that we have verified, you can be confident in the authenticity of the products we sell.
Whenever possible, the original brand name packaging is included. Sometimes retailers have far more product than packaging available when we acquire it. If this is the case, we may include our own high quality packaging as a substitute.
We take our own photos of our jewelry and use actual, non-retouched photographs. If the products tend to vary in appearance, (as some of the glass or stone charms often do) we will make sure actual photos are used of the exact charm being sold, so you will know exactly what you will be receiving.
We pride ourselves in offering high-quality, popular brands of charms and jewelry at a discounted price, without sacrificing excellent customer service. We offer brands such as Pandora, Chamilia, Kameleon, Bonn Bons, & Trollbeads as well as specialty brands that are harder to find.
Our goal is always 100% complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, or wish to exchange/return for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving our products.
